Ryan Klos, Photographer and Copywriter for Klos Creative—a creative services company

Ryan Klos
Photographer, Writer, Burrito Aficionado

Ryan’s been a word-nerd since his teens. In college he majored in English Studies, minored in writing and completed his BA at Illinois State University. A few years later he went back to school and earned his master’s in creative writing from Columbia College Chicago. Aside from copywriting at Klos Creative, he writes for various photography magazines, websites and blogs.

As a photographer, Ryan has been shooting professionally for 6 years. In addition to commercial shooting for Klos Creative, he shoots stock photography exclusively for iStockphoto and Getty Images. He also does portrait work under Ryan Klos Photography.

Ryan would eat burritos everyday if he could. He’s a huge fan of Chipotle, but has also been known to make a burrito out of leftovers in the fridge—add a little Tabasco and it’s money.

Monica Klos, Web and Print Designer for Klos Creative—a creative services company

Monica Klos
Web and Print Designer, Suduko Black Belt

Monica is a talented designer known for clean design and flawless implementation. She earned her BA from the Illinois Institute of Art and graduated with honors. She spent many years at creative agencies and corporate creative departments, but now enjoys co-running her own. Monica is passionate about creating and designing effective projects and is never one to settle for good enough.

Monica will slice and dice suduko puzzles until her eyes fall out. Sometimes they keep her up late at night, but they never beat her. Ever.

She also has a special chocolate sense. If you have a Snickers in your pocket when you meet her, she’ll know. And you should probably just give it to her to avoid an awkward scene.

Enough with the third person
Together, Monica and I are parents to two amazing little boys. Our small family is our priority, and our work is our passion. We recognize that our talents and skills are gifts from God and we strive to glorify Him in the way we conduct our lives and business.
